At Commonwealth Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the most up-to-date information available to us by your insurance company. To accomplish this we work hand in hand with you to maximize insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. Each patient is financially responsible for his or her own account. WE CURRENTLY PARTICIPATE WITH DELTA DENTAL, ANTHEM / BLUE CROSS & BLUE SHIELD of VIRGINIA and CALIFORNIA, AETNA PPO, GUARDIAN PPO, CIGNA PPO. TEAMSTER, DENTEMAX, UNITED CONCORDIA, METLIFE, AND ASSURANT. WE DO NOT PARTICIPATE WITH ANY OTHER INSURANCE COMPANY PLAN. Your insurance is a contract between you, your employer and the insurance company. Even though we are not a participant in that contract, we will gladly file all insurance claims for you.
Prior to your appointment, we will find out what coverage your insurance offers and notify you as to your responsibility. Regardless of insurance status at the time of treatment, you are ultimately responsible for the balance of your account.
