Dr. Steven G. Forte
Dr. Forte was born and raised in Long Island, New York. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry in 1995. Immediately after receiving his degree in Dentistry he was accepted as an endodontic resident at the Medical College of Virginia and obtained his Certificate in 1997. Upon graduation, Dr. Forte started Commonwealth Endodontics and he proudly celebrated his 15th year in private practice in 2012.
Dr. Forte maintains an active schedule by participating in organized dentistry. He belongs to the American Dental Association, American Academy of Endodontists, Virginia Academy of Endodontists, is a past President of the Richmond Dental Society, is the current Secretary/Treasurer of the Virginia Dental Association and is active in several local study clubs.
Since graduating in 1997, Dr. Forte has been a part-time clinical instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University, Department of Endodontics. He currently resides in Locust Hill, Virginia with his wife and two children. He enjoys skiing, wake boarding, traveling, fireworks, severe weather and spending quality time with his family and friends.
