Michael F. Morris DDS

Dr. Michael Morris was born and later raised in Roanoke, VA and graduated from Patrick Henry High School in 1983. He received a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Washington and Lee University in 1987 and received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Virginia Commonwealth University in 1991.

After dental school Dr. Morris practiced general dentistry in the U.S. Air Force from 1991-2008, completing a 2-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency from 1996-98 at Keesler Medical Center, Biloxi, MS, and became a Diplomate of the American Board of General Dentistry.

Dr. Morris began his endodontics residency training in 2008 and received his Certificate in Endodontics from Wilford Hall Medical Center, San Antonio, TX in 2010. At his final assignment at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, Dr. Morris served as Deputy Squadron Commander, Chief of Dental Professional Services and Chief of Endodontics.

Dr. Morris recently retired from the Air Force after 24 years of dedicated service to his country in the rank of Colonel. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Endodontists and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics.

In his spare time, there’s a good chance you’ll find Dr. Morris attending sporting events, playing golf, snow skiing or traveling.
